Step 4 - Zomos Module Config

On the left hand bar, at the very bottom, you will see a link titled "Module Config", click that link and you will see:

 

 

Lets go through these one by one:

 

  1. Network Interface for Virtual Addresses:  This field should contain the network card that you are using for Zomos.

  2. Default Virtual Server IP Address:  This is the "default" ip address that Zomos will use for Virtual Servers with a "Shared" ip address.

  3. Shell for Virtual Server Users:  This is where you select the default Unix Shell for your users that have shell access.

  4. Automatic Unix username style:  This is the format for usernames when the person setting up an account chooses their username format as "automatic"

  5. Default Quota for new Virtual Servers:  This is the default disk space quota for new accounts.  This quota is in Unix Blocks.  1,000 blocks is equivalent to roughly 1MB.

  6. Default Quota for new Mailboxes:  This is the default disk space quota for new email accounts.  This quota is in Unix Blocks.  1,000 blocks is equivalent to roughly 1MB.

  7. Quota type to set:  A ``hard'' quota limit is a never-to-exceed limit, while a ``soft'' quota can be temporarily exceeded.

  8. Full path to Frontpage owsadm.exe command:  This is the path to the Front page extensions file owsadm.exe

  9. Frontpage Configuration files directory:  This is self explanitory.

  10. Full Path to command for adding Qmail Domain:  This is the full Unix system path to the "vadddomain" file.

  11. Full Path to command for removing Qmail Domain:  This is the full Unix system path to the "vdeldomain" file.

  12. Full Path to command for changing a Qmail Password:  This is the full Unix system path to the "vpasswd" file.

  13. Command to reload Qmail Configuration:  This is the full Unix system path to the "sqrc" file.

  14. Qmail Domains Directory:  This is the full Unix system path to the "sqrc" file.

  15. Mail log file:  This is the directory and file to the Qmail log file.

  16. Add SuExec directives to Apache virtual hosts:  This will enable SuExec (Apache 1.3, Apache 2.x) for your Apache virtual hosts.

  17. Command to enable SpamAssassin for a domain:  This should be the full Unix path to the "sa_enable.pl" file.

  18. Command to disable SpamAssassin for a domain:  This should be the full Unix path to the "sa_disable.pl" file.

  19. AWstats HTML and CGI base directory:  This should be the full Unix path to your AWSTATS base HTML directory.

  20. AWstats configuration directory:  This should be the full Unix path to your AWSTATS configuration files directory.

  21. Clear Apache log files every day?:  If this is set to "Yes" Zomos will clear your Apache server log files every day.  If it is set to "No" you will need to manually clear them.

  22. Check available features:  Zomos can check for new features "All the time" or "After login only".  This should really be left on "All the time".
